  ALL AIR FILTERS UPGRADED TO MERV 13 An air filter's minimum efficiency reporting value (MERV) rating measures how effectively the filter stops dust and other contaminents from passing through the filter into the airstream. A standard air filter has a MERV rating around 8.

  IONIC AIR PURIFIERS INSTALLED Ionic air purifiers clean the air by emitting ions that interact with and deactivate contaminents such as bacteria, mold, viruses, allergans VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and odors. Ionic air purifies and removes contaminents in the air and on surfaces.

• 

  AIR EXCHANGE RATE AND PERCENTAGE OF OUTSIDE AIR Increase outdoor air exchange rate and outdoor air ventilation as indoor and outdoor conditions permit. Our perimeter is surrounded by glass, so we can always prop open a door if conditions permit.

• 

  STRICT SOCIAL DISTANCING & CAPACITY REDUCTION Controlled entry and exit, capacity limits, reservation or appointment only access, re-arranging or removal of equipment and lots of signage are some of the steps we take to ensure social distancing.

• 

  CONTACTLESS HAND SANITIZER STATIONS Hand sanitizer will be available throughout our facilities. All hand sanitizer meets CDC requirements for alcohol content. Members and staff are encouraged to use sanitation products liberally and frequently.

• 

  EPA APPROVED DISINFECTANT We use EPA approved cleaning products that will be abundantly available throughout the club and studio for use by staff and members.

• 

  ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYERS This cutting edge technology uses an electrostatically charged disinfectant to sanitize hard surfaces using a hand-held sprayer. The touchless electrostatic technology allows the disinfectant to "wrap around" surfaces such as equipment and restroom surfaces.

• 

  MASKS AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Members and staff will be required to wear a mask at all time. No gaiters. Make sure your mask is secure and that it covers your nose and your mouth.

• 

  MANDATORY THERMAL BODY TEMPERATURE Prior to entry, all staff and members will be required to undergo a non-contact thermal body temperature reading. Any person with a temperature at or above 100.4° F will be denied entry to the facilities. Symptomatic staff and members will be instructed to stay home even with mild symptoms.

• 

  PRE-SESSION SCREENING Members and staff will be required to answer pre-session screening questions.

WHAT TO EXPECT

MASKS: A mask covering your nose and mouth must be worn by members and staff at all times. No gaiters.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: All classes or appointments must be reserved. Cancellations must be completed no less than 12 hours before your class reservation to avoid a fee.

ILLNESS: If you are not feeling well and it is past the 12 hour window for cancellation, please call or email the studio so that we can credit your reservation back to your account and waive your fee.

If you are not feeling well, we ask that you do not come to the studio until you are symptom-free or fever free for at least 3 days. Example: if you cancel a class on Friday for Saturday, we ask that you do not attend until at least Tuesday.

STAGGERED ENTRY AND EXIT TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING: Try to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class or appointment. If you are taking rowing or Pilates, please call 410 964-9858 or text a designated number to let us know you are here before you leave your car. You will be notified when you can enter.

For all other classes or appointments, do not enter if no one is at the desk. If someone is at the desk, and no one else is being processed you may enter. Otherwise, wait outside the door until the person being processed has moved on.

Maintain social distancing outside and inside the studio. For everyone’s safety, there will be no access to class once it has started. Please call 410 964-9858 if you will be late.

MANDATORY CONTACTLESS TEMPERATURE CHECK: Your temperature will be taken with a no contact thermometer. If your temperature is above 100.4°F you will not be allowed to enter.

NO CONTACT HAND SANITIZERS: We have numerous touchless hand sanitizers. Please feel free to use the sanitizer liberally. You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entry.

PRE-SCREENING: You will asked to complete a pre-screening questionnaire.

LOCKERS AND SHOWERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE: Come dressed to workout and bring as little as possible into the club. Locker room doors will be propped open to avoid touchpoints.

WATER FOUNTAINS ARE UNAVAILABLE FOR USE: Bring your own water bottle. Because it is difficult to put the water bottle under your mask to drink, we recommend that you bring a straw or use a water bottle with a straw. You can refill your water bottle at the contactless
water refill station.

PERSONAL CLEANING STATIONS: Everyone will have their own cleaning station equipped with EPA approved disinfectant and a cloth to clean their equipment after a class or appointment. Feel free to clean your equipment prior to use. Rest assured that the equipment is cleaned again during the set up for the next class.

TRANSITION TIME BETWEEN CLASSES AND APPOINTMENTS: There will be a minimum of 15 minutes transition time between classes or appointments to allow us time to thoroughly clean the room or equipment. The club and studio will be deep cleaned professionally four nights a week.
